Position Purpose

The Administrative Support staff member is responsible for providing support to the HR and/or Payroll Teams in various capacities, including managing ticket and email queues, phone or live chat support, data entry into HRIS system and preparing time sheets for payroll processing.


Essential Functions

Essential functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor Queues for Tickets, triage, process and/or escalate as needed
  • Monitor general email boxes, triage, process and/or escalate as needed
  • Complete data entry of new hires from onboarding to HRIS
  • Assist with Tier 1 support, password resets, and FAQ's
  • Prepare & import time sheets from time and attendance software to HRIS for payroll staff to process


Qualification Requirements
 

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Interest in learning HR and Payroll skills and abilities highly desired

 

Knowledge:

  • Above average attention to detail
  • organize, plan and prioritize work for timely and accurately completion
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively use email, Microsoft products
  • Ability and willingness to learn job-related technology, HRIS platform

 

Physical Demands:

  • Position is Hybrid, remote work from home 3 days a week and in office up to 2 days a week
  • Ability to sit for more than half of the workday
  • Availability to work Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
