What You’ll Do:

  • Connect and Engage: Identify and nurture prospects through networking, referrals, channel relationships, cold calling, and direct selling. Your charisma and communication skills will shine!
  • Build and Thrive: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Use your consultative selling techniques to establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects.
  • Showcase Value: Present and demonstrate the value of our PEO services to small business owners and C-level executives. Highlight the benefits, value propositions, and ROI.
  • Seal the Deal: Prepare and deliver approved proposals and sales presentations. Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales quota targets.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, to provide expert advice to prospects and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Enhance sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Tilson at trade shows and networking events, which may require travel to other states. Make connections that count!
     

Who You Are:

You're a self-motivated and ambitious professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact. You are not just looking for a job; you want to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree desired, or previous PEO sales experience. Must have minimum 1-year experience in consultative sales and 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a knack for relationship management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Attitude & Drive: A positive attitude, a hunger for success, and a passion for building a strong professional network. You’re self-aware, motivated, and ready to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Licenses: Having a valid life and health insurance license would be advantageous.
